Gentle Guidance
Because personal growth doesn't have to be loud!
I’m so glad you’ve found your way here. This space has been created with heart and intention—for people who are navigating life’s challenges, transitions, and growth spurts (yes, those happen long after childhood too). Whether you’re seeking clarity, courage, confidence—or simply a quiet moment to reflect—you’re in the right place.

Coaching for life’s in-between moments.
As a Life Skills Coach, my goal is simple: to walk alongside you as you build the tools to live a more joy-filled, purpose-driven life. I believe that transformation doesn’t always require grand gestures. Often, it’s the small, consistent shifts in how we think, what we believe, what we value, how we speak to ourselves, and how we show up each day that leads to lasting change.
Here, you’ll find stories, resources, and reflections drawn from years of experience in the helping professions—and from real life. Life is beautifully complex, and I’ve worn many hats along the way: Special Needs Support Worker, Recruiter, Manager, HR Practitioner, Social Entrepreneur, Social Auxiliary Worker, Mental Health Activist, Mother, Mentor, and Tea-Sipping Friend on the other side of the table.
Life at the Sea and In Between
Beyond my work, life is full of rich (and often humorous) moments.
When I’m not coaching, facilitating workshop or writing, you’ll find me enjoying chocolate, a good cup of tea, or browsing best-seller paperbacks at the airport. With our three children adulting around the globe, I live by the sea with my multi-talented husband, two rescue dogs, one a spaniel and a ginger cat - where the tide teaches me daily about rhythm, surrender, and showing up with grace.
Whether you're in a season of rebuilding, reimagining, or just trying to catch your breath—I invite you to settle in. This is a safe space to learn, grow, and rediscover who you are becoming.
What season of life are you in right now? Please share your thoughts in the comments—I’d love to hear your story.

Nothing beats the joy of ticking it off the list. - - I agree, I am a list keeper and love ticking of my done!
